CG n\u00ba 2009\/124805;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>R E S O L V E:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Artigo 1\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211; O item 110 do Cap\u00edtulo XVII das Normas de Servi\u00e7o da Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a passa a vigorar com a seguinte reda\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>110. O registro da interdi\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 efetuado pelo Oficial de Registro Civil das Pessoas Naturais da Sede, ou, onde houver, do 1\u00ba Subdistrito, da Comarca em que domiciliado o interditado, a requerimento do curador ou do promovente, ou mediante comunica\u00e7\u00e3o do ju\u00edzo, caso n\u00e3o providenciado por aqueles dentro de 8 (oito) dias, contendo os dados necess\u00e1rios e apresentada certid\u00e3o da respectiva senten\u00e7a.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Artigo 2\u00ba <\/strong>&#8211; Este provimento entrar\u00e1 em vigor na data de sua publica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u00e3o Paulo, 02 de mar\u00e7o de 2010.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>(a) Des.
