Ju\u00edzes Corregedores Permanentes por ocasi\u00e3o da correi\u00e7\u00e3o nas unidades extrajudiciais)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>COMUNICADO CG N\u00ba 189\/2013<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Desembargador <strong>JOS\u00c9 RENATO NALINI<\/strong>, Corregedor Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>o disposto no item 4.1 do Cap\u00edtulo XIII, do Tomo II, das Normas de Servi\u00e7o da Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>a compet\u00eancia de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, em car\u00e1ter geral e permanente, da atividade das unidades extrajudiciais deste Estado;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>que a fun\u00e7\u00e3o correcional \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m exercida, nos limites de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es, pelos Ju\u00edzes de Direito, permanentemente ou por interm\u00e9dio de correi\u00e7\u00f5es ordin\u00e1rias ou extraordin\u00e1rias;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>a obrigatoriedade da utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do termo padr\u00e3o de correi\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>COMUNICA <\/strong>que \u00e9 apresentado o <strong>termo padr\u00e3o de ata <\/strong>a ser utilizado pelos MM.
