{"id":5239,"date":"2012-01-20T18:31:40","date_gmt":"2012-01-20T20:31:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.26notas.com.br\/blog\/\/?p=5239"},"modified":"2012-01-20T18:31:40","modified_gmt":"2012-01-20T20:31:40","slug":"cgjsp-portaria-n%c2%ba-012012","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.26notas.com.br\/blog\/?p=5239","title":{"rendered":"CGJ|SP: Portaria n\u00ba 01\/2012"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DICOGE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>PORTARIA N\u00ba 01\/2012<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Corregedor Geral da Justi\u00e7a do Estado de S\u00e3o Paulo, Desembargador <strong>JOS\u00c9 RENATO NALINI<\/strong>, no uso de suas atribui\u00e7\u00f5es legais,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>ser dever de cada Tabeli\u00e3o e Registrador P\u00fablico prestar de modo eficiente o servi\u00e7o notarial e de registro;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>a necessidade de manter instala\u00e7\u00f5es, equipamentos, meios e processos de trabalho que possam bem atender a reta presta\u00e7\u00e3o dos servi\u00e7os notarial e registr\u00e1rio;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>CONSIDERANDO <\/strong>a conveni\u00eancia de esta Corregedoria Geral de Justi\u00e7a proceder a inspe\u00e7\u00f5es e correi\u00e7\u00f5es por meios virtuais;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>DETERMINA <\/strong>que cada Tabeli\u00e3o e Registrador P\u00fablico mantenha, em seu local de servi\u00e7o, computador conectado \u00e0 Internet e endere\u00e7o eletr\u00f4nico da unidade para correspond\u00eancia virtual.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os Tabeli\u00e3es e Registradores P\u00fablicos do Estado comunicar\u00e3o \u00e0 Corregedoria Geral da Justi\u00e7a, em dez (10) dias, a observ\u00e2ncia desta Portaria e o endere\u00e7o eletr\u00f4nico de sua unidade.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u00e3o Paulo, 18 de janeiro de 2012.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>JOS\u00c9 RENATO NALINI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Corregedor Geral da Justi\u00e7a.
